Its
been two weeks since the incident and court starts in an hour. We got
a lawyer I cant say hes the best, I mean that doesnt
surprise me, my dad got him. And the only reason he got him was
because he offered my dad string. Where is he? He was supposed to
be here twenty minutes ago I said in anger flying back and forth
in the hallway outside the court room. If you dont know who Im
talking about, Im talking about my cheep, stupid lawyer. Honestly
I think youre better of with out him Timmy said under his
berth. As if on cue there he was but after seeing the way he was I
agreed with Timmy I was better of without him.

He came in
with his suit unbuttoned, his eyes were red and had bags under them,
he had a five oclock shadow, and his berth smelled with the stench
of alcohol. I know right then I was screwed and I was most likely to
go to jail. Um, are are you um ready he said about only an inch
away from my face oh dude before we do anything you need a tic
tac I said trying to hold my berth.

An hour later it was
time for court to start. Sitting next to me was my hung over lawyer,
and sitting behind me was my mom Timmy and my dad playing with that
stupid string. And on the other side of the court room was a fairy
boy who I never met before around the age of sixteen and seventeen in
a wheelchair and a cast on his arm, his lawyer who wasnt hung
over, and his parents with upset faces. I stared at the boy for a
little bit and just thought, one bullet did all that.

is the judge? I asked my lawyer I, I, I dont know he said
trying not to fall asleep huhI hate my life I said to
myself. About five seconds later Jordon von strangle popped out of no
where. What are you doing here jar head? I asked him, as if I
cared if you must know Im the judge!!! he said yelling in my
face Im going to kill myself right now I said to myself with
my face in my hands. About three minutes later we finally started.
Will the defendant rise, NOW!!!? I stood up. I as I was
about to talk I was interrupted by jar head. GUITLY!!! he said
on the top of his lunges. What!?! me, Timmy, my mom, and my dad
said, my lawyer said nothing he was already past out for god sake
she shot somebody, did you really think she wasnt going to be
guilty. Jordon said but, but I had nothing to say. Quit

he said with a blank look on his face I turned to see my mom glaring
at him.

About an hour later we were outside fairy world

said. I turned to my mother, father, and Timmy um bye mom, dad,

ill miss you then we hugged Im going to really miss you
Jessie Timmy said looking at his feet. Im going to miss you
to Timmy then we also hugged. I guess ill see you guys in three
months then said about to cry. All right Jessica lets go
Jordon said. About twenty minutes later I was walking with two
guards. I was in a red suit that didnt let me fly or do magic.
Okay all of the cells are full so your going to need to share a
cell with somebody one of the guards said what you can not be
serious I asked in shocked dont worry were putting you with
another thirteen year old girl ohokay I said a little
confused.

When we got to my cell I saw a dark figure getting
down from the top of a bunk bed. And guess who it was my counterpart,
Anti Jessica. I was told I was getting a cell mate not a whore
she said looking at me with such anger shut bitch, wait I have to
